Every new Customer gets a 15-day free trial with no card required. Nothing is charged, and there is nothing to refund, until you actively choose a paid plan at the end of the trial.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the cycle you select (monthly or annual). Renewal happens automatically at the start of each new cycle unless the plan is cancelled beforehand.
You may cancel a subscription at any time from the billing section of the console. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the billing cycle already paid for.
If you are charged in error, or cancel within 7 days of a renewal charge and have not materially used the service during that cycle (for example, no new sites or devices added and no attendance activity beyond setup), you may request a full refund of that charge. Outside of this window, charges are non-refundable, including for partially used monthly or annual cycles.
Email support@clockify.in with your organization name and invoice reference. We review requests within 5 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Setup or onboarding services, and any add-on usage already consumed (such as additional verification volume beyond your plan allowance), are non-refundable.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues can be resolved faster directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of the account pending resolution.

Attendance a shared device, an NFC card, or a printed QR code can capture — with the evidence attached, not just a timestamp.
Occasional notes on new features and product changes. Never daily mail.
Punch clocks and shift reviews — wherever you are.
